@C7RKY Can't always blame 'The Management' however much we would like to.

@Nemomeimpunela When warning signs are not just ignored, but purposefully undermined to change the story, I would certainly consider blame. -
@C7RKY I thought you were making a general statement originally. I see where you're coming from now. Not a good place. -
@Nemomeimpunela An horrendous place tbh. Genuinely in shock to encounter such a lack of ethics in such a proud profession. Not ALL of course -
@C7RKY You just can't legislate for personal integrity. Some have it, some don't and don't care who gets hurt along the way. -
@Nemomeimpunela Agreed for individuals, tho robust regulatory controls ought to contain it. It's when collusion happens I'm most concerned.

@C7RKY We live in times where more people's first route of grievance is litigation or media contact. -
@Nemomeimpunela Personally, I didn't consider either route in our case, until I started being lied to. Mistakes I accept, cover ups I don't!

@C7RKY Too simplistic a statement. Some people choose to go outside system because it meets their personal agenda - whatever that might be -
@Nemomeimpunela Sure this is a factor to consider, but ANY discouragement of WB's, with people's lives at stake is wrong imho. Yet I see it. -
@C7RKY I agree.
