Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

Remember, every time someone bravely goes outside the system to whistleblow, it's because somebody senior INSIDE the system wouldn't listen.

@C7RKY Can't always blame 'The Management' however much we would like to.

@Nemomeimpunela When warning signs are not just ignored, but purposefully undermined to change the story, I would certainly consider blame.

@C7RKY I thought you were making a general statement originally. I see where you're coming from now. Not a good place.

@Nemomeimpunela An horrendous place tbh. Genuinely in shock to encounter such a lack of ethics in such a proud profession. Not ALL of course

@C7RKY You just can't legislate for personal integrity. Some have it, some don't and don't care who gets hurt along the way.

@Nemomeimpunela Agreed for individuals, tho robust regulatory controls ought to contain it. It's when collusion happens I'm most concerned.

@C7RKY We live in times where more people's first route of grievance is litigation or media contact.

@Nemomeimpunela Personally, I didn't consider either route in our case, until I started being lied to. Mistakes I accept, cover ups I don't!

@C7RKY Too simplistic a statement. Some people choose to go outside system because it meets their personal agenda - whatever that might be

@Nemomeimpunela Sure this is a factor to consider, but ANY discouragement of WB's, with people's lives at stake is wrong imho. Yet I see it.
