@dr_rita39 How strange, I've used the phrase 'layers of protection' many times. It's like military manouvers, 1 defensive postion at a time.
@dr_rita39 Indeed. And don't even get me started on custody of medical records, or 'weeding & seeding' around pre-determined lawyer's story!

@C7RKY There was a case once - the hospital had been negligent, the patient disabled. Oddly, the hospital "lost" the notes. Convenient?! -
@dr_rita39 About as convenient as adding procedures to a consent form after signing & producing a forgery at a supervised viewing to hide it -
@C7RKY You will find that medical record altering is common and non accountable. Powell v UK demonstrated this aspect. -
@dr_rita39 I know Will. Followed his case closely to try & learn what they'd throw at me next. It's been a constant battle to avoid cover up -
@C7RKY So you know the extent and reasons for medical record alternation. The only way around it is using forensics -
@dr_rita39 May have a slightly different angle on that one in my case. Can't get support of authorities to prove it...yet! Best not tweeted. -
@C7RKY I wish you luck. Some people say these guys are good with forgeries etc http://www.formedecon.com/ -
@dr_rita39 This one was exceptional as forgeries go. Was so good, even I thought it was real for a brief while. Great chatting Sleep well :)

@C7RKY Whistleblowers talk of gagging clauses BUT the real block on patient safety are NHS gagging clauses against the public. -
@dr_rita39 Think they worked out a long time ago that they don't have a gag large enough to cover my mouth on this subject! :) -
@C7RKY :) :) :). Yes, part of the reason I never sued my Trust. No point in hush money when people died. -
@dr_rita39 Precisely! I know there's a claim in this, but it's peanuts for them & for us. This is a matter of principle.
