@dr_rita39 I now 1st hand the lengths that these people are prepared to go to to cover up their crimes. It's an ethical disgrace imho.

@C7RKY Presumably you have seen the NHSLA figures. Ask yourself how many confidentiality clauses prevent patient safety. -
@dr_rita39 Indeed. And don't even get me started on custody of medical records, or 'weeding & seeding' around pre-determined lawyer's story! -
@C7RKY There was a case once - the hospital had been negligent, the patient disabled. Oddly, the hospital "lost" the notes. Convenient?! -
@dr_rita39 About as convenient as adding procedures to a consent form after signing & producing a forgery at a supervised viewing to hide it -
@C7RKY You will find that medical record altering is common and non accountable. Powell v UK demonstrated this aspect. -
@dr_rita39 I know Will. Followed his case closely to try & learn what they'd throw at me next. It's been a constant battle to avoid cover up -
@C7RKY So you know the extent and reasons for medical record alternation. The only way around it is using forensics -
@dr_rita39 May have a slightly different angle on that one in my case. Can't get support of authorities to prove it...yet! Best not tweeted. - 2 more replies
