5235 dead or seriously harmed by hospital procedures, JUST in England, JUST in 6 months? Serious changes required! >http://m.guardian.co.uk/society/2013/jan/29/need-change-culture-nhs …
@Miguelcubells Nice one Miguel. Thanks. Only down side I'm seeing, is that my mother, rather inconveniently for them, survived. Still apply?

@C7RKY Some of it should apply John i.e. as we said effective open investigation etc . Obviously other parts do not. Need case on Art 3 -
@Miguelcubells Aaah... ok. So the 'state death' part relates specifically to article 2 does it? -
@C7RKY Yes, so need to find case law that states the requirements for an Art 3 investigation. Some of the Art 2 reqirements will be relevant -
@Miguelcubells Cool. I'll get my head into that tomorrow hopefully and see where it takes us. Thanks again! -
@C7RKY I think it is worth looking into. No probs :-) -
@Miguelcubells Definitely. Still have in mind to find a medical/legal person to give me a letter confirming reported incident is a crime too -
@C7RKY That would be ideal in an ideal World ;-) Such a letter with Art 3 connotations would be good. -
@Miguelcubells Oooh, a medley of a letter, combining the best of both eh? Like your thinking! - 3 more replies
