      @willcpowell Sounds good. If petition fails you could take it straight to ECtHR due to JR (as we know) not being an effective remedy Art 13?

      @Miguelcubells Argued and erroneously lost Article 13 submissions at the ECtHR in May 2000 - no right of appeal irrespective of perversity!

      @Miguelcubells The ECtHR shafted me using the negligence settlement, which had to be accepted, because of the restrictions on public funding

      @C7RKY @Miguelcubells No John-the ECtHR ruled that we can't be victims under Article 2 because we accepted compensation in civil proceedings
