#BBCDGgone Ask urself What would you do if 1 of UR senior team/Dept Head doesn't tell u things OR does their own thing? Fire yourselfORthem?
@RHrod Well if PCCs take same approach as BBC DG to not being told things by CCs, we could go through a lot of PCCs! Too many initials??

@C7RKY I just put the Q out there as I'm not sure it does any Org any good that the Top Bod goes when others in responsibility muck up.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@C7RKY What about the head of news? What about the prog. Editor, what about the prog. Controller? All responsible people, no? -
@RHrod If they go rogue & tear up rule book, what are you supposed to do? Can't watch everyone all the time, so have to have some trust. 2/2 -
@C7RKY and when they 'go rogue' does that mean you should fire yourself or fire them? -
@RHrod Well IMO, as long as you can look in the mirror & say you did everything you reasonably could to prevent it, then them, not you. -
@C7RKY exactly. I'd be seething with them 4 not doing basic checks b4 running the story A 6thForm student would have done better#BBCDGgone -
@RHrod Right with you. I'll remind you of that if you're sat in PCC chair when 1st Chief Constable report lands - he's already defensive! -
@C7RKY Now, now! Just get voting#VoteRodHutton#Independent & encouraging others to do the same! ..u can remind me of these thing later! -
