A thought that just popped into my head:
What are the odds that certain people are suddenly going to claim that in fact they *haven't* seen the #BawaGarba court transcripts and therefore couldn't possibly have known that what they've been saying (loudly) was inaccurate?

Are the transcripts online somewhere John? I haven't been following the BG case closely, but I did notice your implication. The answer is probably 'the odds are good' - ReSPECT/RC(UK) don't even seem to have properly read the Mental Capacity Act and they've had 10 years!

Nearly missed this - sorry Mike. No, they're not available yet, but I hope that will change at some point. Not unlike your own experience with the MCA, reading the source material can often present a contradiction to what we've been told. It needs to be made public eventually.
