Each year 12000 doctors are referred @gmcuk! 80 to 90% referrals are unnecessary or preventable! Sadly doctors do not get any support. Many are scared of @gmcuk and many good doctors lives ruined @TheBMA @CNagpaul @shanecarmichael @tcgannon #Regulationconf @FionaCMcQueen

John, are you saying Doc Holiday blocked you when you said you had transcripts? Nothing else happened? You weren't also dm ing him? Just the tweets on here? If that's the case...i am gobsmacked at his behaviour.
-
Indeed. Just what you see here Lucy. Nothing more. He sent those last two tweets to me and blocked me instantly after saying 'bye' before I could respond. Hence having to reply to my own tweet. He's not the only one to have run away. But don't worry, I'm getting used to it.

-
I've just tried to follow him and found that I'm blocked too. Puzzling because I don't remember ever having any previous contact. I must be doing something right ...

-
In this instance, you're definitely doing something right. He's part of a small(ish) group of doctors who just block anyone that might be able to meaningfully contradict them - whilst simultaneously demonstrating astonishing arrogance. And some wonder how emotive hashtags start??
-
He blocked me! I contradicted him. Quite proud of myself! :-)
-
It's a necessary step sometimes. If you're not making someone feel uncomfortable, you're probably not trying hard enough. Such people just want to push an unjustified narrative and don't appreciate being publicly shown to be wrong. You keep up the good work.

To change anything you have to challenge. All changes must be for better and patients must see the benefit.

Never worry about those who block you but never ignore those who respect you.
#cheekyumesh but always honest@NevilleGaunt -
Not a problem Umesh - I don't think I'm the one worrying. :)
-
No one should worry about anything but for making our
#NHS safest and the best and honest organisation#Dutyofcandour must not be for negotiation. -
I agree entirely. And I suddenly have a newfound interest in exploring how the duty of candour applies when it comes to providing information to the media. But that's for another day.
-
And the bizarre conduct of the hospital having to be forced to publish their censorsed SUI, and keeping their detailed statement on Dr
#BawaGarba until this year. -
I found the detailed statement on ~BawaGarba an interesting development too. Presumably still feeling some heat on the issue? Not sure what's normal for SUI publication, but I do know we have
@VictorAdcock2 to thank for agreeing to its public release when asked.@doctorcaldwell -
Secrecy around even what the hospital learned the next day suggests that
#LearnNotBlame is not genuine.

Are the transcripts uploaded anywhere John? Tx
-
Not yet I'm afraid Minh, but I hope that will change in the not too distant future. Everybody should be able to see what these transcripts say, imho.
-
Tx John. That would be good.

You obviously didn't have the acceptable facts. The era of D Trump.

Haha! I've already been hit with the 'fake news' smear. It's been all attacks or silence since I first showed my hand.https://twitter.com/c7rky/status/1057621823767089152?s=21 …
