There is so much in this thread. Twitter will never be the right place for the considered debate on what are complex cultural and behavioural issues. The human condition. I have seen the best and the worst of my unique profession. It’s a good thing I like to write.

I don't think Twitter is the "wrong" place, as long as it is not the only place. I have learned so much from what I've read here from patients, doctors, whistleblowers, etc.
