Sorry, but that's part of the myth that's built up since the #BawaGarba propaganda machine kicked in (belatedly). GNM doesn't require intent - that would make it murder. Manslaughter charges exist to recognise just such a lack of intent where gross negligence proves to be deadly.
And there's good reason for that - as detailed during last week's health committee. Because doctor's are not above the law. If a serial killer reflected on their crimes in a diary, would you expect that to be inadmissible? Private? Beyond the reach of the law? Same principle.

Serial killers commit murder deliberately and may diarise to refine murder MO. Reflections to prevent repeat of harm after honest mistake by staff working in broken system with no intent to harm is not comparable. Only worth arguing with reason which your comment doesn't possess.
