Well if they hate what is going on why don't they do something about it then? It ok them saying they hate it, but if they really hated it so much they would

Are you reading
@PearsLDA & Dr Dryden@PHE_uk? How much harm have you caused me & other patients by your#Silence? How much harm have you done to yourselves? How do you sleep at night knowing what you walked away from? How do you live with your actions?#DutyofCandour6 replies 10 retweets 8 likes -

What makes this worse, if it ever could be is that you and those you name are not alone. I have a long list of those who did my family harm and no one will do a thing. They have the ‘power’ Transparency and Duy of Candour are just Buzzwords used as a smokescreen.

I find the mantra 'lessons will be learned' trite and so offensive. It's said out of context so often it's become meaningless. Just words when people who know serious harm has happened & no one did anything to stop it. That's exactly what it means. 3 words always: DUTY OF CARE

It's people who destroy systems then blame those systems when serious avoidable harm happens & their victims die preventable deaths. Ppl who allowed those systems to fail, took no action to stop it. Systems do not fail unless ppl who work inside them NEVER raise the alarm. CQC?

I can confirm that anything said to the CQC is not in confidence from my own experience.

Nor mine. Even when you make CQC aware of an ongoing police investigation, it doesn't stop them from rushing out the door to tip off their mates at the trust. 'Interfering in a crime scene' was how I put it to David Behan. I was NOT impressed.
