I'll go back as far as I can on notifications soon, but not today. Too tired. I'm a sucker for punishment, because started my day with a 2nd watch of the Health Committee meeting. Glad I did. Missed so much of significance 1st time around. May have to watch it a 3rd time now.
Claiming to have a DOLS order when they didn't obtain it until the next day and administering morphine via a driver when consent had been specifically withheld? That sounds very serious. How did you get on at the judicial review?

Declined second Inquest and sent bill by them that I refuse to pay, the dols they claimed they had was never issued so they lied about having one. On way to ipcc and arguing with attorney general over the deficiencies in the government's attitude

Good luck. Sounds like you're on much the same endless track as many of us. Just on a different part of the track. I hope you manage to find a legal foothold. It's not easy.

Like take the drug chart, has irregularities they said it didn't have, bad maths or ignorance and perjury, either way the driver was turned up as can be seen in second entry, police ignored this, coroner ignored it, hospital lied and said they didn't raise the amount.
