Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

"Your unsigned consent form was an oversight by our staff & leadership.." ..so we're just going to rely on the bland small print of a previous consent form to cover our asses instead? Who the hell do they think they're kidding? That's utterly outrageous. A police matter, surely?pic.twitter.com/Ps4NcQyqbW

If you can evidence it, yes. Certainly here in the UK, anyway. Conducting a medical procedure (or even just examination, if there's physical contact), without consent may give rise to criminal charges. Battery, or trespass against the person, as I understand it. Not sure in USA?

Funny you should use that phrase - I describe medical consent forms as 'your body's cheque book'. And it's far more important than money when it comes to being clear about the limits of what you're signing for. #consent

we need to stand together across the world. where there is demand there is change. surgery done without consent whether malicious motive or medical mistake is an assault. all assault is illegal. we can not let these surgical abuses go on and on and be unaccounted

And there was me thinking such matters had been settled since Nuremberg? It's a grave concern to learn you're facing similar challenges over there in the USA. Has our world really got limitless capacity for backward steps? *sigh*
