Claiming to have a DOLS order when they didn't obtain it until the next day and administering morphine via a driver when consent had been specifically withheld? That sounds very serious. How did you get on at the judicial review?
-
Declined second Inquest and sent bill by them that I refuse to pay, the dols they claimed they had was never issued so they lied about having one. On way to ipcc and arguing with attorney general over the deficiencies in the government's attitude

Good luck. Sounds like you're on much the same endless track as many of us. Just on a different part of the track. I hope you manage to find a legal foothold. It's not easy.

Like take the drug chart, has irregularities they said it didn't have, bad maths or ignorance and perjury, either way the driver was turned up as can be seen in second entry, police ignored this, coroner ignored it, hospital lied and said they didn't raise the amount.

One can never keep up with twitter! Must take a look at health select committee. Hope they will some day take evidence from families who have still not achieved full disclosure /justice. I think they are missing a lot unless they hear from those who are still in midst of it

It's worth a watch, but needs an understanding of the background to fully appreciate what's going on. My concern is that moves are being made which attempt to move doctors into a position beyond reach when it comes to prosecutions. All complainants need to grasp this one, imho.
