I'm not arguing that you've been treated justly, you clearly haven't, I'm saying that I don't see how DoC gets us any closer to a solution.

John, I have spoken to
@MerseyPolice regarding falsifying medical records, they have told me it is a criminal offence. Civil proceedings still ongoing, once concluded, police want the evidence. -
So, legal team have been incorrect in telling me that I cannot use this evidence to give to the police until litigation is over.?
-
Civil proceedings are decided on the balance of probabilities & I doubt your case will be decided by a judge. If substantiated it is most likely to be settled out of court. I would be surprised if the civil courts even addressed your allegations of falsified records! Good luck!pic.twitter.com/a7RV9MFa6b

Please watch this short video which confirms CPS accepted there was sufficient evidence to charge 2 doctors & their secretary for forgery & perverting the course of justice! The decision not to prosecute is being reconsidered by DPP & has been for 4yrs!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdTI1143_JQ …

Shameful

Thank you for your comment & support. It is shameful & what makes it even worse for my family is the refusal to prosecute was because of the passage of time which was caused by the previous 10yrs of cover ups by the NHS, Welsh Office, police & CPS! They all need prosecuting! :(

Amazing effort to protect medical reputations after obvious errors. The medics really do enjoy special protected status in the UK, probably because they always play the 'think about the damage to the NHS' card.

2. Both of those cases appear to rely on the provable fraudulent amendment of med records, but is that what's required for a successful conviction? Is 'a doctor lying about the negligent death of a patient' a criminal offence without such evidence? Is verbal deception sufficient?
-
Scans do not lie either.

Upon SAR applying for my medical records I discovered an incorrect date had clearly been falsified as (handwritten in)! In addition they would not and have not provided me with a response to the correct date despite repeated requests and ICO have turned a blind eye.......
-
How did changing the date help them? If it was in order to avoid a negligence claim, then the cases Will has pointed to above would imply you could take the matter to the police perhaps? Not much to lose if ICO are failing to act.
-
It was the date of onset of councelling sessions where by onset of medication was prescribed, forms signed and conversations regarding abuse to residents in palliative care began prior to blowing the whistle and needed as evidence for a case at court.

If my understanding is correct a doctor intending to pervert the course of justice doesn't only apply to civil proceedings but also any other judicial proceedings including NHS complaint procedures as was the case with Robbie. See Court of Appeal ruling in the case of Dr Sinha!pic.twitter.com/D7fz0ABm5q
