As long as all desired outcomes are of overall clinical benefit, then there's only 1 opinion that counts in that case - the patient's. I think the Montgomery ruling has helped clarify that somewhat, no?

Indeed. I cringe when I reflect back to how 'worldly wise' I used to think I was. I didn't have a clue. Not the first idea. My old self embarrasses my new self. And despite all the ground I've covered, I still feel like I'm only scratching the surface now.
