Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

      2) This is CQC's 2012 'Persistent customer & unreasonable behaviour' policy https://minhalexander.files.wordpress.com/2018/09/cqc-persistent-customer-and-unreasonable-behaviour-policy-2012.pdf … It may be applied if CQC deems the person's communication 'has no legitimate purpose' or is 'disruptive' #FTSU #CQCBoard #LearningFromDeathspic.twitter.com/7jJ43F3E03

It's that 'repetitive in nature' part that always bothers me. If CQC continually fail to respond appropriately when people raise concerns, then those people are going to ask again. And again. That is necessarily repetitive, but it sure isn't wrong. Or vexatious. It's predictable.

Have asked CQC to explain themselves in the form of an official complaint. They could have put a halt to the suffering & inevitable catastrophe had they responded just once to months of requests and calls to their hotline. The system isn't fit for purpose.

There aren't enough characters even in several tweets for me to express my full feelings about CQC & some of the people involved. The issue I raised is a UK-wide risk to all patients, but even that hasn't been deemed worthy of addressing properly. It's a sham. A dissembled shield

In my experience if the CQC had the remit/authority they would do a better job than the PHSO and feckless local teams such as "safe gaurding". Not a high bar to set but it would be progress.

All part of the plan. They don't investigate, just 'include it in their thinking for the next inspection'. An inspection they warn trusts about, allowing them to prepare in advance to ensure nothing untoward will be seen on the day. Box ticked, nothing to see here, all is well.

#CQC is also part of the merry-go-round, where they all send you in a circle to each other and back again. #NHSMonitor #NHEngland and the same with regulators of other sectors #Ofsted etc. Deliberate stock behaviour to make people give up.

The 'Mexican Point', as I described it to a friend. All stand in a circle and point to the person next to you. Not in our remit. Try them instead...
