Communication was dreadful - I think I’ve had x3 phonecalls from #PHSO investigator during 12 month period.

It's a year since they backed down and agreed to investigate. Since then I've had just one letter apologising for procrastinating, and then procrastinating some more.

It’s shambolic - such a waste of public £££. I don’t know what they’ve been doing during the past 12 months. Hardly effective time management or value for public money

It's *two* years since I referred, the first year went just batting away their excuses for not investigating.

Nope. First year was the Trust refusing to answer my questions. Second year was PHSO finding excuses not to investigate. Third year was waiting for the investigation they promised a year ago. We're 3 months into the fourth year, now.

Did you get their bog standard letter explaining why the investigation has taken over 12 months? ITs just one excuse after another. No other business would be so badly run!
