Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

Obviously its tough to get over but it helps to understand its just what they do to everyone and try not to take it personally. – at Norwegian Jade

When they set out to destroy you, through lies, deceit and fraud, it’s kinda hard not to take it personally.

But in time you realise it's nothing personal. Some would rather hide than learn & they will tread on anyone in the process. Accountability is long overdue, for those responsible.

By 'co-incidence' the Employment Tribunal failed to consider the 'Victimisation' aspect of my claim & the Employmen Appeal Tribunal 'ignored' this most relevant argument provided in skeleton argument & thereafter, because I was representing myself and ....they could. #shocking

Whistleblower ET works like this: 99% of whistleblowers are dismissed by using the term capability. In court they collude with judges & system as they know full well they don't need to look at PIDA, if they can prove dodgy capability. For judges to do this is collusion

It then makes sense that I was sent for medical assessment prior to the Employment Tribunal Hearing & I had no idea where it come from but was eager to tell the truth on record. I was diagnosed as 'Emotionally Unstable' but was unaware of this for years & received no treatment

Just like my et, I was clearly suffering ptsd, like you representing myself, my dad died days earlier, yet judges think it was fair. A criminal gets legal aid, a whistleblower gets nothing. And to be accepted by whistleblower groups, you must win your ET....

It gets complicated but many comply with the just-world hypotheses which says something bad happened to you because you had it coming. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Just-world_hypothesis …

This is where gaslighting comes in so handy “poor old [insert your name here] they really couldn’t cope with ordinary reality.” Doughty St lawyers are superb at this form of stigma, even if they do have to also tamper with evidence to “convince” “independent” judges.

I was informed by a Judge that it isn't about the Truth of the matter,it is like a tennis match where points are scored. This means that without legal aid now & unless we are legally trained we realistically have very little chance in a court of law in getting the truth out.

That was quite honest - adversarial justice is just that and clearly favours the powerful. But when a case threatens to expose our unofficial caste system - gaslighting must ensue to preserve the status quo. #gaslighting is the adjustable spanner of corruption.
