And how do you get over that? Because the authorities believe the professionals and fabricated clinical judgements become real in the eyes of the public, cementing the lie as truth.

By 'co-incidence' the Employment Tribunal failed to consider the 'Victimisation' aspect of my claim & the Employmen Appeal Tribunal 'ignored' this most relevant argument provided in skeleton argument & thereafter, because I was representing myself and ....they could.

Whistleblower ET works like this: 99% of whistleblowers are dismissed by using the term capability. In court they collude with judges & system as they know full well they don't need to look at PIDA, if they can prove dodgy capability. For judges to do this is collusion

It then makes sense that I was sent for medical assessment prior to the Employment Tribunal Hearing & I had no idea where it come from but was eager to tell the truth on record. I was diagnosed as 'Emotionally Unstable' but was unaware of this for years & received no treatment

Problem with venting anger due to mistreatment of any kind is that, the opposition with use the emotionally unstable label if it suits their narrative, even proffessionals authorities etc will stoop that low if it suits them
