1) Whilst waiting to hear back from Neil @neilgchurchill about how the NHS might take forward the issue of NHS bodies treating patients, families & whistleblowers as if they are 'vexatious', I have received a further protocol from the CQC

I see you're familiar with the letter, too. :-) Three years it took me to draft a letter to the CQC, and it was just brushed aside with "we'll let the inspector know, we might do something, or we might not".
-
I've seen a LOT of them, I'm afraid. Not just my own. It's their standard procedure - pretending to be a regulator.
-
$64,000 question: What's the way to counter it? :-)
-
People power. There are disparate groups trying to speak out, but if ll join together and protest (peaceful marches of thousands outside Parliament?) then those in power will be forced to listen.
-
Yes people power. Tried for 8 yrs to get people & campaigners together, gave up. Found myself publically attacked by those I represented & other campaigners, trying to discredit me. I see no hope of people dropping egos, uniting & Government love it!

#CQC is also part of the merry-go-round, where they all send you in a circle to each other and back again.#NHSMonitor#NHEngland and the same with regulators of other sectors#Ofsted etc. Deliberate stock behaviour to make people give up. -
The 'Mexican Point', as I described it to a friend. All stand in a circle and point to the person next to you. Not in our remit. Try them instead...
