Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

This is why we need #learnnotblame. Se strongly believe doctors should not be prosecuted for making honest mistakes whilst trying their best under pressure. We must move towards a #justculture, with openness, transparency and accountability for all. #BawaGarbapic.twitter.com/MWNOBHF8e9

Wherever honest mistakes take place - a doctor should have nothing to fear. All victims will tell you that. But when cover ups take place - they should face the full rigours of the criminal justice system just like anyone else. Here's what a judge said about Claire's case.pic.twitter.com/SHKpdw3zgF

We agree entirely Gareth. Prosecution has its place, and we believe those who wilfully harm or deceive should be subject to the full extent of the law. But as you say, honest mistakes made by those trying their best should not be subject to the same treatment.

Something tells me you already know that gross negligence manslaughter does not require the acts/omissions to be wilful - that would make it murder. And you continue to conflate honest error with GNM.. this time with the use of WWII-style propaganda cartoons. Shameful. #BawaGarba

More I speak to colleagues who have worked or are working in New Zealand, their medicolegal system in place since 1970s seems way forward. Uk system costs £1.7billion p.a. with no winners... Apart from the lawyers.

I can only wonder how much of that £1.7 billion is wasted on defending the indefensible and so further victimising the victims. NZ must surely still recognise the need to hold acts of grossly negligent manslaughter to account though, whatever the system?
