Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

Struggling to muster any Twitter enthusiasm today. I do get worn down by having to bat away the same tired arguments over and over again. It gets tedious. Too much wilful blindness/ignorance, not enough time.pic.twitter.com/dUQ9BOwZaq

It'd be great to think any of us could fix the whole damn mess. But we're all going to have to settle for millimetre by millimetre progress - one more doctor's mind changed, one more patient helped, one more pair of eyes opened. Don't let it wear you down.

Thank you. In so many ways it feels like we're being driven backwards of late, tbh. Previously hard-earned millimetres at risk of being wiped out in a stroke. My resolve is unaffected, but I need to find a more impactful and sustainable way of doing this.

I know what you mean. Sort of feels we're doing it with our life blood sometimes, or like dozens of sisyphuses pushing boulders up mountains. But I'm convinced we're making progress. Social media gives more traction than ever before. Only rule: stay well

So true! I liken it to the warnings we get on airplanes. Always attach your own oxygen mask before attempting to help others. We can't help anybody else if we pass out first. :)

Yes, I see what they mean! But I still think I'd take that one if I had a choice. You know what you're going to get with the bird - badass all the way. Unpredictable, the other one. Never see her coming! Lol!!
