Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

They didn’t ask for the evidence which of course I have. They applied the Unreasonable Behavours Policy. So, @NIPSO_Comms believe it’s unreasonable to object to misquotation of your med records, including a genetics report, to form a misdiagnosis that is shared in their report.pic.twitter.com/y3r0vIO1Xo

Same old same old ! After the Inquest into my Mothers Death more questions arose so I wrote to the Chief Executive @andrewkfoster to get the answers and he chose to delegate it to the Trust Solicitor and refused to answer my questions.

The above named refused to see my friend with a Solicitor present, but said she could have a meeting with the trust without a Solicitor 🤨 If that's not abuse of power i don't know what is!

The trust insist on dealing with my complaint face to face & not in writing. I did consider turning up with a solicitor in tow, but I anticipated that would happen.

They insist? I'm not sure they're in a position to insist. I was under the impression it was our communication preferences that needed to be met, not the other way around.

If they won't answer in writing, they won't answer. When I spoke to the PHSO they spent 30-40 mins doing nothing much other than repeatedly trying to twist my arm into meeting the NHS face to face. No matter how many times I said no, they just asked again & again.

These are my reasons for refusing: 1) The NHS has stonewalled past attempts to communicate face to face. 2) Trust expects months to respond to my communications, but insists that I be put in a position of having to respond immediately without time to consider.

      3) I wouldn’t have access to resources that enable me to verify what I am being told, they have already taken advantage of this, 4) It is difficult to think clearly under pressure, medical experts are intimidating to lay persons. 5) The denial of my arrhythmia is in writing.

      6) Finally, and by far the most important, the nub of my complaint is about the trust misrepresenting the facts relating to my arrhythmia, so I am not prepared be put in a situation where they can do the same with their response to my complaint.

I simply pointed out to anyone who tried to refer me back to the trust (there were many) that they were asking the victims of crime to meet with those who were being investigated by police for committing the crime against them. The word 'reasonable' is hard to include in that.
