I asked to meet
@NIPSO_Comms Commissioner. When this was written they knew the Indep Prof had given an unauthorised opinion on my diagnosis; contradicted world experts’ advice & contrary to his conclusion a diagnosis had been effectively & thoroughly excluded I had been diagnosedpic.twitter.com/pAuvryiu1y

Following that I made public I was offering
@NIPSO_Comms evidence from med records their Indep Prof had misquoted findings of reports to form the conclusion on diagnosis. There is much wrong with NIPSO’s report but I focused on misquotation of records- they seem easily confused.pic.twitter.com/G8Nzu6X8sj

They didn’t ask for the evidence which of course I have. They applied the Unreasonable Behavours Policy. So,
@NIPSO_Comms believe it’s unreasonable to object to misquotation of your med records, including a genetics report, to form a misdiagnosis that is shared in their report.pic.twitter.com/y3r0vIO1Xo

Same old same old ! After the Inquest into my Mothers Death more questions arose so I wrote to the Chief Executive
@andrewkfoster to get the answers and he chose to delegate it to the Trust Solicitor and refused to answer my questions.2 replies 6 retweets 5 likes -

The above named refused to see my friend with a Solicitor present, but said she could have a meeting with the trust without a Solicitor

The trust insist on dealing with my complaint face to face & not in writing. I did consider turning up with a solicitor in tow, but I anticipated that would happen.

They insist? I'm not sure they're in a position to insist. I was under the impression it was our communication preferences that needed to be met, not the other way around.

If they won't answer in writing, they won't answer. When I spoke to the PHSO they spent 30-40 mins doing nothing much other than repeatedly trying to twist my arm into meeting the NHS face to face. No matter how many times I said no, they just asked again & again.

They SERIOUSLY don't want any documentation acknowledging that they were lying about my diagnosis.

Which just makes it all the more important that we don't allow them to avoid leaving an audit trail.
