Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

I asked to meet @NIPSO_Comms Commissioner. When this was written they knew the Indep Prof had given an unauthorised opinion on my diagnosis; contradicted world experts’ advice & contrary to his conclusion a diagnosis had been effectively & thoroughly excluded I had been diagnosedpic.twitter.com/pAuvryiu1y

Following that I made public I was offering @NIPSO_Comms evidence from med records their Indep Prof had misquoted findings of reports to form the conclusion on diagnosis. There is much wrong with NIPSO’s report but I focused on misquotation of records- they seem easily confused.pic.twitter.com/G8Nzu6X8sj

They didn’t ask for the evidence which of course I have. They applied the Unreasonable Behavours Policy. So, @NIPSO_Comms believe it’s unreasonable to object to misquotation of your med records, including a genetics report, to form a misdiagnosis that is shared in their report.pic.twitter.com/y3r0vIO1Xo

Same old same old ! After the Inquest into my Mothers Death more questions arose so I wrote to the Chief Executive @andrewkfoster to get the answers and he chose to delegate it to the Trust Solicitor and refused to answer my questions.

The trust insist on dealing with my complaint face to face & not in writing. I did consider turning up with a solicitor in tow, but I anticipated that would happen.

I just don't understand how they think they can dictate on this. The trust which I was scrutinising tried switching to sending letters once they realised I was making progress too quickly via email. I demanded they switch back. They did.pic.twitter.com/PT9S49v9ax

I'm glad of the time letter writing gives me. I don't find all their political manoeuvring easy to deal with, so I need time to think. (It's one of the difficulties that leaves me thinking I have Asperger's.)

Important correspondence, it takes me 10x longer reviewing it as it does writing it. I constantly tweak phrases, add things, reframe things. We can't do that in person or by phone and given the outrageous word games these people play, they need verbally pinning down in a corner!

Found when I have pinned them down, & I mean really pinned them down with backs against the wall, they apply the Unreasonable Behaviours Policy i.e.we don't have to respond to you.

Pretty sure CQC tried with me. Didn't work, luckily. The trust was a strange one though. Intense activity (email/phone/personal visits) for just 36 days start to finish, then nothing. I ignored their PHSO referral after just 9 days trying to close a complaint I hadn't even made.

And I equally ignored their attempts to stop me calling & visiting the trust after 26 days. I didn't give them a second to breath, think, consult lawyers or enjoy a cuppa... and it forced mistakes out of their cover up attempts. Important ones, as it turned out.pic.twitter.com/KV8iWhYIwD
