Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

Social media has certainly made it easier for people to find out that there are others in the same boat.

I think you meant BOATS @stendec6 as in a 50 Cunard liners for the amount of complainants? I didn't use the Titanic, as it sunk, which is what the NHS Complaints Dept. will eventually do. Bon voyage from the cruise company

When I get a letter from the PHSO I have to put it on the table and wait until I'm in the right frame of mind for opening it. Then I have to wait until I've calmed down before I reply. Even then I manage to reply in a quarter the time it takes them.

#BBTT knows exactly how you feel. #PHSO is not alone. I have reached the point now when I cannot open any letter or email from any NHS officialdom until I am in a strong frame of mind. This might take 2 weeks! And I never open anything in the evening. It will ruin my sleep.

I know exactly how that feels. The officials know that too and is why their obsfucation continues. A case of trying to break you down and give up. They are heartless.

I meet many who do give up worn down by those who we think should care. Sadly I find that those that do give up, suffer so much more.

What an interesting and sad observation. I'd always hoped deep down that those who'd fallen away from the NHS complainants 'forced march' we all endure, would find some peace from no longer having to fight. There goes my bubble...
