1) Whilst waiting to hear back from Neil @neilgchurchill about how the NHS might take forward the issue of NHS bodies treating patients, families & whistleblowers as if they are 'vexatious', I have received a further protocol from the CQC

Their public call system is broken or something more insidious. I have every code for every call along with what was said & who I spoke with. All am hearing is failed broken systems in public bodies set up to protect people when they are vulnerable causing preventable deaths.
-
My money's on something more insidious. The CQC do not protect the public, they protect the medical establishment. And they do it by creating the impression that the unacceptable is acceptable. They are a big part of the reason as to why they can get away with so much.

That was what I got, "We passed it to the inspector. She may do something about it, or she may not". Or in other words "don't call us, we'll call you".
-
That's what I got the first 2 or 3 times. I'm going to start a blog soon for the first time. I've no doubt CQC will be the subject of a lengthy post or two at some point. The resistance & even interference I got was quite something.
