How would you feel about taking the opportunity to explore something new on this, @neilgchurchill? There's an example of a trust seeking independent review of their decision to label a complainant vexatious and they're looking for someone to do it. Are you game?

Interesting & encouraging. We don't think anyone should be labelled 'vexatious' (though we do sometimes channel communication through a named individual if communication has been 'repeated & unreasonable'). Am iterested in how these decisions can be assured & reviewed

An equally interesting and encouraging response - thank you. They intended to choose another trust to do it, but the person concerned backed out it seems. So a window of opportunity. Is it ok to have the person concerned email you the correspondence to kick the discussion off?

A Foundation trust hospital. Does that make a difference in some way?
