I sometimes wonder if Trusts up & down the country compare notes on the issues of complaints handling?
-
I have heard allegations that they have staff rehearse answers to questions before meetings and inquests, by going through patients notes with a fine tooth comb to prepare for relevant questions so all their answers match up.

Like I keep saying, dishonesty takes many forms.

I'll never forgive myself as long as i live for believing and putting my trust in social workers, doctors and nurses and the Police. I was so naive i am ashamed to admit i expected the Police to set up a porter cabin to interview staff so that they would find out i wasn't lying.

Most of us have made the same mistake, we expect a professional to behave as one. Huge shock when discover those we have been brought up to respect aren't decent after all.

I didn't lose my loved one, but they were so grotesquely abused 3 years ago, with 2 major strokes, following their abuse, they may never recover
is heart wrenching. I to had to give up my job to be a full time carer, cause there is no social help, at all! Theresa May is shiite! -
Its been getting worse for years and I fear its beyond the point of no return from what I saw as I was leaving the NHS

There might have been some sort of financial agreement between them, or mutually-beneficial, cosy relationship with senior figures in either, or perhaps they enjoyed giving their respective legs a bit of fresh air, as in rolling-up trouser-legs?

I remember you had big plans to act as a hub for exposure. I presume the court case is what interfered with progress?

Since then more very serious issues have come to light. Those who should have known better not been as truthful-or as impartial-as they knew they were required to be.

I found similar at Mid Staffs. I also found that local press is struggling & relies on revenue from local NHS organisations to keep them afloat. Happy to print their positive spin.

So much for independant press!

@ArrhythmiaStory tweeted a couple of dozen health correspondents in the national media, and AFAIK none of them replied. -
Thankyou but not at all surprised
