This is the problem I have with the endless pretence that they're trying to fix the system. It's patently obvious that it already IS fixed, from their point of view. That's why anyone churning out yet another specious policy document is likely to get short shrift from me.

This is why Trusts say we can't go any further with your complaint, go to the Ombudsman. They know the Ombudsman will be on their side and believe whatever lies they present to them.
