Blimey. Unexpectedly busy morning on Twitter. Looks like the conversation around NHS abusing the mad/bad/vexatious labels to block complaints was a slow burner, but has now attracted plenty of comment. About time too. Now we need a robust fix for this dangerous abuse of power.

Yes, that was the intention. There’s a range of human behaviour out there, from good to bad, but unfortunately in some organisations there’s an institutionalised culture that’s very hard to crack
