I was asked several times yesterday if I would be happy for Dr #bawagarba to treat my child. Without a shadow of a doubt. A doctor with honesty, insight and accountability who wants to learn from their mistakes, that’s the safest doctor in the hospital #IAmHadiza #LearnNotBlame

We all make mistakes. She wasn't reckless or negligent, she made honest mistakes whilst working under conditions most of us will never endure. Our mistakes lead to bodily harm, it's the nature of medicine and the risk we take. Criminal convictions for honest error are wrong.

With respect, she didn't get convicted for just making honest mistakes. Nobody does. She was convicted for gross negligence manslaughter, which doesn't necessarily require reckless behaviour, but most definitely is negligent. By all means make your point, but please be accurate.
