@doctorcaldwell Dear Gordon, I've spent considerably longer than your commute thinking about your letter entitled 'Mistakes Happen'. I can only hope this helps explain my perspective & I thank you for explaining yours. https://onedrive.live.com/view.aspx?resid=4C387C68AF784C5F!4877&ithint=file%2cdocx&app=Word&authkey=!AJ1wnW1exT0tsis …#JackAdcock#BawaGarba#IsabelAmaro10 replies 13 retweets 26 likes -

Completely understood. I recognise there are no winners here, so whatever our perspective, we have to find a way to avoid a repeat. That much I'm sure we agree on.

One logical route to improvement after
#BawaGarba case is to hunt out all the other seemingly well performing trainees and sack them before they cause such harm. Or the other way is to try to improve Structure and Process like the 71 changes made in the department afterwards?1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes
I'm not sure logical is a word I'd use to describe that first option tbh, regardless of the #BawaGarba case. 2nd one makes sense though.
