Well only 1 of us is legally qualified (and it's NOT me) but I'll do my best. My understanding is Montgomery refines Bolam only so far as it pertains to informed consent & which risks much be disclosed (no longer dictated by reasonable body etc). But Bolam still applies elsewhere
