No. Intent. Take it out of healthcare and apply to all those within the criminal justice system. We place our belief in a fair judicial system and try to minimise any miscarriages if justice. Self-preservation applies to all of us under these circumstances

All of the healthcare workers with a cold & complete disregard for the bereaved families. The level of care & attention jack received was appalling. If every conviction is challenges as being 'wrong' the

That’s not a criminal offence though or a lot more of the general public would carry convictions. Healthcare staff are first and foremost citizen and the law applies equally to all

To be fair, the general public don't have the same duty of care to consider though. Whereas it comes preinstalled with the white coat for you guys.

Oh, come on Cheeky Umesh - against the backdrop of all these analogies being liberally cast around, if I can't get away with using a white coat one, I don't know what the world's coming to! ;-)

Haha! I did that once. I was dealing with the fallout for days. Everyone telling me how flawed it was to make the comparison. Just a few weeks later, that exact same comparison was being flaunted as the answer to all our problems. So only evidence based when it suits, apparently?

No. Truth is only truth if it is nothing but the truth and the whole truth that too for criminal charge. One has to look at few miscarriage of justice to see the impact of wrong conviction. Disciplinary action is different

There's no assumption of wrongful conviction here Umesh. This appeal isn't related to her conviction, despite early claims of such intent during crowdfunding - only her erasure is under appeal. So without evidence to the contrary, there's no miscarriage of justice to speak of.

#patients and to#doctors. Yes, she has been found guilty but I have no doubt she is the scapegoat for systems failure.0 replies 1 retweet 2 likesThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
