Easy. Failure to follow policy. So many policies I imagine 99.9% of us have failed to adhere to at least one. If an org wants you gone it will happen

Yep, manager looked through all policies (and made some up) after my suspension to justify and hide real reason (protected disclosure). Dress code policy. Should have heard "evidence" at hearing. Like a Monty Python sketch.
