That's an interesting list - esp considering there appears to be complete non-compliance with those guidelines in this case. Have they any weight? Is it like GMC guidelines which one is obliged to account for?

I've not trawled through every GMC guideline, I confess. But that was just the first example a search threw up. I knew to look it up because it also appears in a guideline I have had cause to study - consent. Maybe I should check to see if it's the same in all of them?pic.twitter.com/k6V5nB3k4E

I looked at a few of these btw doc. Those definitions of 'must' & 'should' are omitted from the introductions of most other guidelines, yet the use of the terminology persists - without any explanation as to how it differs by lacking that clarification.
