Imagine coming into work not knowing how many people you'll be looking after or with whom you'll be doing it. Now imagine finding out that your role changes and that people who you thought where not under your care suddenly are. Imagine that some are actually very very sick.

We are all reasonable people but our narratives are different. It’s difficult to comprehend the effects of being a victim of medical error and the despair knowing it will happen to others. I realise that medics feel similar on behalf of colleagues.
