That wasn't at the time - that was when the court case happened. Years later

Yes. And there was still no medic outrage at this point.

Locally, there was. Within the Trust and the Deanery, there was.

So why didn't the cavalry come galloping over the hill at that time, do you think? They've arrived in force to make an extra time appeal on the erasure, but not a single out-of-town soldier appeared to be in sight for the conviction. It all seems very odd tbh.

Can't comment on why others have suddenly got involved. And in the scheme of things, it's minor. A child died. And I can't see that there is anything to stop those circumstances happening again

You made similar comment before. Has nothing at all been changed in response to this case which will help prevent a repeat then? It's hard to conceive that the inaction could persist beyond the court case.

It makes raising concerns an ass covering exercise in case things go wrong, when all you want is for it to be addressed. Unacceptable.

And that tool is painful to go through. It's like a constant escalation process that almost seems to anticipate you won't be satisfied with the response to your concerns. Perhaps a member of the public should report the trust to the police? Does their inaction not endanger life?
