Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

As a clinician I'm totally appalled. @ShaunLintern #patients have suffered & died through arrogance like @PaulaMc007 's son Oliver Also illustrates why am helping @willcpowell in his fight for justice for Robbie Speak out on these issues in the #NHS & you risk being blacklisted

Steve, neither Shaun Lintern or the HSJ are interested in Robbie's case. Exposing the dishonesty & state corruption over a 28 year period would damage their relationship with the NHS & establishment. They also give the credit to Sir Robert Francis for the legal Duty of Candour!

Please stop saying this Will, it is just not true. You asked me only once to help you with a story & HSJ did in fact run that story. Very happy to have a conversation with you about more but you need to stop spreading untruths about me and HSJ's view of Robbie's case.

With respect Shaun you did an article re my approach to David Behan in support of WBs. You are fully aware of the 28yr cover up of Robbie's medical manslaughter yet you have not contacted me or invited me to HSJ conference. Why? Also PHSO highlighted Robbie's case & the cover up!

Yes, you contacted me and we did the story. I remain happy to talk if there is a new development that needs reporting.

Thank you for the response Shaun. Would you call the public support of the PHSO a new development & the near 4yr review of Robbie's case by CPS? You may be interested in the letter below that I received from @RobBehrens1884 & also the email I sent to @bernardjenkin in January!pic.twitter.com/m7r69KooaL

I really hope this exchange ends productively. If 2 powerhouses of the patient safety cause - both of whom I very much like and admire - can find common ground, it can only be good news for the rest of us.

Thank you John. I believe a full independent inquiry into Robbie's case will not only demonstrate how inept & corrupt the NHS complaint procedures have been for 3 decades it will result in positive change. I was promised things would change in 2004 by former PHSO = hollow words!pic.twitter.com/aXab0WI1Vb

Shaun, I believe the CPS development is significant because the former DPP told me to go away in 2003 & that my correspondence would be filed without response. Current DPP has appointed a leading QC & the junior counsel who was involved in the Stephen Lawrence prosecutions.pic.twitter.com/3dhmJ1qgpZ

Action on Robbies case and justice for Robbie will be a major step forward for #patientsafety & IMO will help deliver what was promised after Mid Staffs.

There has to be something seriously wrong when cases like Robbie's, Gosport & others, where there is irrefutable evidence of negligence/gross negligence/manslaughter, at the outset, yet it takes decades to have them exposed by the grieving families. Haven't we suffered enough? :(

I agree Paula. I have no doubt that the implementation of a 'safe space' will be abused as was the 'Liverpool Care Pathway' when many loved ones had their lives intentionally ended when they were not terminally ill! The 'safe space' will also make current Legal DoC more impotent!
