How many times, over the last decades, have so called professionals been appointed to address the inept NHS complaint procedures & yet it is still corrupt & self-serving? It was referred to by the PHSO just this week as being a "myth". And yet they have no interest in my input!

If it's obvious to us and it's obvious to the PHSO, then I fail to see how the point escapes others involved. Call it a swan all you want, but when it quacks, I'm calling it what it is. This is just wrong. Between this and the Williams review, it's self preservation on steroids.

I agree John. A little test for you. Assuming for this exercise I was a sheep. Can you identify me in the photo below? Please note that the PHSO also mentioned Robbie's case at HSJ conference. He mentioned evidence of a wide-spread NHS cover up and asked the government to act!pic.twitter.com/fpJtcv5YUi

I see you... And now, (more importantly), so does

it got deleted in under 12 months so she has to do it again. Seeking justice since 2009

Since 2009? Is there anything other than elongated, corrupt, bad experiences to be found re NHS complaints? The only reason it's allowed to fester is they fear public reaction to the reality of healthcare being exposed more than they fear criticism of its complaints procedures.

Her hospital admission alone cost £millions so should have been urgently investigated
