Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

Safe space legislation is about learning & saving more lives than the current way of doing things by allowing investigators to get closer to all the causal factors & the systemic issues.https://twitter.com/clinicalhf/status/1017034760567259136 …

Give 'safe space' to a group of people with a long & seemingly unending record of shameless cover-ups? What could possibly go wrong.. This direction is misguided, imho. It's not what I want as a patient who could be considered an 'expert by experience'. For whatever that's worth.

Exactly John. 'Safe space' will just be another manufactured legal loophole to ensure dishonest healthcare professionals, who turn a blind eye to patient safety issues & fatalities, are protected when involved in investigations. I opposed it as an HSIB member & I oppose it now!pic.twitter.com/N4NsSRpqrm

Well, well... I instinctively felt these proposals were fundamentally wrong before I knew that. But when the man who has more experience in these matters than any other I know also agrees, it only reinforces it. So they've just IGNORED you and carried on anyway? Wow...

John, as a member of HSIB EAG I was the only one excluded from meeting Jeremy Hunt to discuss importance of independence. Not one member objected. They made me feel as welcome as a fart in a space suit & have no interest in the 28yr NHS cover up of Robbie's medical manslaughter!

Ordinarily, I'd be laughing and taking the p out of you for the recycled Billy Connolly joke about now - but somehow I don't feel like laughing. That's unbelievable. Shame on every single person involved in silencing the only voice that appears to actually speak for patients!

How many times, over the last decades, have so called professionals been appointed to address the inept NHS complaint procedures & yet it is still corrupt & self-serving? It was referred to by the PHSO just this week as being a "myth". And yet they have no interest in my input!

If it's obvious to us and it's obvious to the PHSO, then I fail to see how the point escapes others involved. Call it a swan all you want, but when it quacks, I'm calling it what it is. This is just wrong. Between this and the Williams review, it's self preservation on steroids.

I agree John. A little test for you. Assuming for this exercise I was a sheep. Can you identify me in the photo below? Please note that the PHSO also mentioned Robbie's case at HSJ conference. He mentioned evidence of a wide-spread NHS cover up and asked the government to act!pic.twitter.com/fpJtcv5YUi

          Replying to @PhyllisStein2 @willcpowell and

Since 2009? Is there anything other than elongated, corrupt, bad experiences to be found re NHS complaints? The only reason it's allowed to fester is they fear public reaction to the reality of healthcare being exposed more than they fear criticism of its complaints procedures.
