Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

I’m a staunch advocate for learning, but I would not enter an investigation using the safe space and I would not suggest anyone else do it either.

Can you articulate why you wouldn’t contribute in a ‘safe space’? It would be helpful to know.

For me, I refused to engage in trust's investigation anyway. For starters, I think it's unreasonable to expect relatives to engage with those they suspect of criminal activity. But also, huge legal resources & custody of records mean they have all the safe space they need, imho

Thank you Ken. :) Didn't matter as it turned out. Despite making it clear in writing that I hadn't complained yet, but would when I was ready, they opened a complaint without me, investigated it, found nothing wrong and closed it again. 9 days start to finish. I was on holiday.

How does that work? Opening complaint, investigating without involving you? 🤔

Haha! Not just me then? Here's the last email I sent to them before going on holiday. I thought I made it clear enough. What do you think? (You'll see I still believed in regulators back then. Not so much now.)pic.twitter.com/drQZtSo7Md

Open it, and close it, without any involvement of family? No, I'm scratching my head 🤔

Not so confusing when you know the background tbh. First paragraph of their response hints at the fact I was all over them and on the verge of pinning them down. This way, they could close it, refer me to PHSO & refuse to engage any more. They didn't want me digging any deeper!

But, surely, open, close, without you, would definitely make anyone pursue further? No decision about me, without me etc?

You know me Deb - didn't pay a blind bit of notice and carried on as if they'd never written it. :) Wasn't much after this that they were forced to host us for a supervised viewing of the original consent form. Even then, they presented a forgery as the original tho. Games eh?

Well it confused me, but, some would say, what would I know. Worry when it starts making sense?
