I do think they're trying to dilute the blame. Very few drs have ever been accused of killing

Considerably more nurses have been convicted. That may be who gets blamed yet.

It's a hierarchy of protection. Throw the lowest common denominator to the wolves to save yourself. When you can't contain the scandal to nursing staff, throw them a junior doctor - like they did with Bawa Garba. Consultant goes unscathed.

We were warned that drs would only get struck off for sleeping with the consultant's wife

It meant that we had to be vigilant as we were likely to get blamed for their mistakes

Very much so. Poor Anne had to endure the full force of their wrath, including the police joining in. A textbook backlash to avoid a cover up being exposed. But she exposed it anyway - amazing lady. It's a dark and ugly world that these people occupy.

Amazing indeed. While this bloke was still scratching his head, the criminals would've already served half their sentence if Anne was on the case. I've never met anyone like her.pic.twitter.com/9gU95apqpL
