Of course views all mine. All without prejudice. Just a regular chap after all. Oh...and RT's may equally imply ridicule as endorsement.

"Gosport inquiry 'ignored' evidence about syringes" > The dyke is crumbling around Jeremy Hunt's finger and the cover-ups are threatening to pour out. But don't fall for the spin here - syringe drivers didn't kill a single patient. Those who used them did.http://news.sky.com/story/gosport-inquiry-ignored-evidence-about-dangerous-syringes-11415289 …

"The party of the #NHS" is just the one which best kicks the political football. This is a decades old problem which consecutive governments have failed to address. What is needed will lose you the election. The can of worms it will open will lose the election.

I think many conflate protecting the NHS with protecting clinicians - and clinicians are only too happy to perpetuate that interpretation to protect their own bums. Problem is; doctors are essential for most serious cover-ups, (inc non-NHS), so they get protected in return, imho.

Always protesting in the name of patients. Rare that anyone asked us and if we dare question or challenge anything about the #NHS it's heresy. I mean how dare we expect them to change and adopt proper quality management. #PatientSafety

Proper management would produce accountability - the one thing they are trying to avoid at all costs. It's the fact that we let them get away with it that staggers me.

I keep saying this, but its a divide and concur problem and as patients we fail to come together. So many complaints, petitions, etc. but we do not act as one.

You make an excellent point. Many groups have been formed over the years, but they invariably break up over time as the many different agendas of already traumatised relatives can clash. But when such groups endure, it tends to work - Mid Staffs and Gosport being 2 good examples.

The Gosport hospital is on a different scale some didn't want to know beaureved families until this 12th review report it's not negligence it's criminal neglect manslaughter or worse murder all those responsible should be held accountable and beaureved families deserve justice

We really don’t know at the moment. We must wait for the outcome of the fresh police investigation, which will be conducted by a new, previously uninvolved, police force.

Yes agree my heart goes out to all the beaureved families there's plenty more shipmans I only just found out negligence is care below standard clinical negligence lawyers not criminal neglect is manslaughter or corporate manslaughter. I heard a beaureved man GWMH he said murder

People don't want to make a fuss. Even when my dad was suffering/dying he said as much. My mums attitude was "the nurses were lovely", but his care was shambolic at best and he needlessly suffered, lacked proper EoL care and almost certainly died ahead of his time.
