But don't fall for the spin here - syringe drivers didn't kill a single patient. Those who used them did.http://news.sky.com/story/gosport-inquiry-ignored-evidence-about-dangerous-syringes-11415289 …

But if it was the syringes fault we can get new syringes, learn lessons and move on. Those useless individuals can just carry on enjoying their state paid NHS pension living it large in Majorca or wherever they are. It was the syringes fault.

That's exactly my concern, Allyn - syringe drivers seem to be showing early signs of being pushed forward to take on the Lee Harvey Oswald role here. Even if they could be mixed up, how many patient deaths do you have to cause before figuring that out? Not 650, that's for sure.

I am a novice in this industry but learning fast and starting to realise how much your game needs to adapt. I think the key is learning from other peoples experience as well to filter through the bullshit.

That is so true. I know I fast-tracked several areas of my understanding by studying other people's experiences. Especially helpful in avoiding the numerous dead ends that NHS likes to lead us down just to try and throw us off the scent. It's shit that we have to really tho, eh?
