Decided not to sign the @gmcuk confidentiality agreement. What is 'information' you can never share with anyone? #JusticeforLB

I signed them because it says if you are required to provide to court, you must let GMC know but you can supply to court. So better get the information in first instance and argue the toss later imo. Attorney General requested them and I sent.

Replying to @daisypearldaisy @sarasiobhan and
To rephrase that, I signed GMC confidentiality agreements in order to access reports. Agreement says u agree to tell GMC if court or official body requests but you CAN send. When Attorney General asked for them, I informed GMC I would be sending. They didn't comment.

Do they have some legal right to deny you access to the data if you refuse to sign a NDA then? Not sure how they'd justify that one.

Aahhh... the 'because we always have' legal framework? Well now it all makes complete sense. Must be right then. Jees... and they actually wrote that down.

It's alongside being reported to the fraud squad this week by one of the doctor's mates. [I ain't joking]

*splutter* What?!? Please tell me there's a blog on that one? I'll start humming the Jackonory theme tune in anticipation.

Her comments are 'bizarre' indeed. Is she for real? Wish her luck (not) in getting the Police interested in fraud based on what she says.

What a surreal guest appearance that is. She has to get a mate to try and stick up for her? A mate who seems to hope people will focus on her inflated job title more than the content of her email. ALL of Cambridgeshire mind you - not just part of it. Self esteem issues, I reckon.
