House Intel memo key point: The FBI's Andrew McCabe confirmed to the committee that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information. Story posting soon.

Who cares? The dossier all by itself is more than enough. And, a judge is the one who has to decide if it is enough. And the judge said it was. This is all you've got? Jesus. Sad.

Good point, except if it was phony, unverified info generated by a political opponent and not represented to the judge as such.

Seems I recall that they were denied the FISA warrant a couple of times previously summer of 16, and when they went back with the dossier (Oct 16?), it was finally approved. It was the phony dossier that finally convinced the judge they had enough for the warrant.

They used the dossier all 3 times a fisa warrant was requested, and could never have even sought a fisa warrant without the steele Dossier Wonder where McCain is today?😂👏🇺🇲pic.twitter.com/my2MBiXBJA

Page was or wasn't already under a FISA warrant? Yes or now Byron? The answer is yes, correct? So, in order to get the first warrant, the FBU had to go in front of a FISA judge and convince them to give them warrant? Then this was a renewing of a already existing warrant and the

FBI wanted to extend the preexisting warrant with the new information in the dossier? Am I correct in this? Plus, there was not just 1 dossier, there were 2. Is that correct? If there were 2 and both were used to backup the existing warrant, how do you know which one the judge

based his extension on? Also, are we sure that the only information the FBI brought in front of the judge were the 2 dossiers? Was there more evidence gained during the first FISA warrant to gain the 2nd one? These are the questions I need answered, otherwise it means nothing.
