Why wont stiff suggest releasing both and comparing? Stall tactic. Also not sure gop counted exact # of spelling errors or missing punctuation marks on edit

This is a document that was presented to a House committee and then the entire House to review, not some elementary school assignment. How many errors could there have been? The key word is clarifying IMO
