        When parents only speak Spanish & can't communicate w/teachers, translators are employed using education $$; it is a bit problematic!

        It makes business difficult too. My emails out go unanswered, and I use Google translate for emails I get. That is inside the US!

        Somewhat yes. We spend millions for school education on trying 2 teach them. As well as having 2 pay 4 translators in courts & med facility.

        My parents couldn't speak English but learned, Dad was a WWII Vet. and raised 5 English speaking kids. This policy is shameful.
